In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98349, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1939.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks I and V, Oparara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of the thirteenth day of the same month at page 2105, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks I and V, Oparara Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 2 roods 24 perches.

Being road, being formerly portion of Section 2, Block I, Oparara Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9050.)

In the Nelson Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Wairoa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 20·4 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 19, Wairoa Parish.

Situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29751.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101670, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1939.
