I, JAMES BOND DIXON, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Nelson Land Board, in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, do hereby declare the result of the poll taken on the 4th day of December, 1939, to be as follows :—
