Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect of applications for licenses were made on the 11th December, 1939.

Reo Motors Ltd., Hamilton Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirits. To erect a new service station of four petrol pumps in Garden Place, Hamilton Declined.
Hartstone, J. P., Raglan To install two petrol pumps and resell in 44-gallon drums at premises at the corner of Bow and John Streets, Raglan Declined.
National Mortgage and Agency Co., of N.Z., Ltd., Lyndhurst To install one petrol pump at store premises at Lyndhurst Declined.
Sanford Ltd., Auckland To resell motor-spirits to owners of fishing-boats selling fish to the company at premises at Freeman’s Bay, Auckland Granted.
Taylor, J. T., Taupo To install one petrol pump at boat-building premises at Nukuhau, Lake Taupo Declined.
Ward Motors, Ltd., Marton To erect a new service station of nine petrol pumps at the corner of Morris Street and Wellington Road, Marton, by transferring petrol pumps from three existing reselling sites in Marton Granted.
