CORRIGENDUM.
IN the Gazette of the 23rd November, 1939, No. 140, page 3159, under the heading of “Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936,” paragraph five read:—
“A license was granted to the Electric Lamp House, Wellington, to manufacture and/or assemble up to one hundred ‘customs built’ sets per annum, the license being confined to the manufacture and/or assembly of crystal sets, or sets containing not more than two valves, nor exceeding £5 in price to the purchaser.”
This should have read:—
“A license was granted to the Electric Lamp House, Wellington, to manufacture and/or assemble up to one hundred ‘customs built’ sets per annum, and to manufacture and/or assemble crystal sets, or sets containing not more than two valves, nor exceeding £5 in price to the purchaser.”

Additional Land at Huarau taken for the Purposes of the North Auckland Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Auckland Railway to take further land at Huarau in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 0 roods 20 perches.
Part Lot 4, D.P. 12198, of Allotment 84, Wairau Parish.
Situated in Block XVI, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County. (S.O. 30603.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked I.O. 5926, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1939.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Additional Land near Waipuku for the Purposes of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway (Mount Egmont Branch).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Act, 1928, it is enacted that if at any time after the issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under this Act, and before the payment or award of any compensation in respect to the taking thereof, it is found that the land or any part thereof is not required for the purposes for which it was taken, the Governor-General may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted, revoke the former Proclamation, either wholly or so far as he thinks necessary:
And whereas it is found that part of the additional land near Waipuku taken for the purposes of the Mount Egmont Branch of the Foxton-New Plymouth Railway, by a Proclamation made under the Public Works Act, 1928, dated the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine (hereinafter termed “the said Proclamation”), and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, page 2155, is not required for the purposes for which it was taken :
