Proclaiming Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown under the provisions of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
All that land in the North Auckland Land District, in Blocks V and XV, Whangape Survey District, containing 3,029 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, and being:β

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of November, 1939.

Additional Land at Frankton Junction taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Frankton Junction in addition to the land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
Approximate area of the piece of land: 29Β·6 perches.
Part Allotment 8, Te Rapa Parish.
Situated in Block I, Hamilton Survey District, Borough of Hamilton. (S.O. 30532.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5894, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of November, 1939.
