Domain Board, appointed to have Control of the Okain’s Bay Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Leslie Walter Spurr,
Colin Reginald Mason,
Walter George Harris,
Edward Philip Coffin,
Reginald Clement Mason,
Frederick George Harris,
William George Graham,
George Alexander Challies, and
Arnold Choat

to be the Okain’s Bay Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at ten o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the office of the Okain’s Bay Co-operative Dairy Factory, Ltd., as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

OKAIN’S BAY DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
Reserve 3734, Block IV, Okain’s Survey District: Area, 9 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve 3753, Block IV, Okain’s Survey District: Area, 3 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part of Reserve No. 150, situated in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Rural Section No. 827, 460 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 625 links; towards the south-west by the other part of Reserve No. 150, 220 links, and again towards the north-west by a public road along the Okain’s Creek, 640 links, approximately.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 1/223, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserve in Southland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Niagara Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Sections 27 and 28, Town of Niagara: Area, 5 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Okahau Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Okahau Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in Bay of Islands County containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 11 perches, more or less, situated in Block VII, Omapere Survey District, being Recreation Reserve shown on plan number 16475, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being Part Allotment 1, Okahau Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/694a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of the Pukearuhe Domain, Taranaki Land District, for the Purposes of the Warea Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Pukearuhe Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said Domain, a sum not exceeding twenty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Warea Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

PUKEARUHE DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
Sections 1 to 6, 13 to 15, and 25 to 30, Town of Pukearuhe, Block VI, Mimi Survey District: Area, 15 acres, more or less.
Section 2, Pukearuhe Town Belt, Block VI, Mimi Survey District: Area, 9 acres, more or less.
Also Section 9, Pukearuhe Town Belt, Block VI, Mimi Survey District: Area, 5 acres 3 roods, more or less.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

WAREA DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 18 acres 3 roods, more or less, being part of Section 16, Block IV, Cape Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 80, folio 215, Taranaki Registry.
