to approve Commander Aubrey Basil Fanshawe,
Royal Navy, Second Naval Member, to be Honorary Naval
Aide-de-Camp on his staff in continuation of present appoint-
ment, as from 4th October, 1939.

Appointment of Issuing Officer for the Purpose of issuing
Licenses to Fish for Trout under the Rotorua Trout-fishing
Regulations, 1939.
PURSUANT to the provisions of Regulation 9 of the
Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations 1939, I, Joseph
William Allen Heenan, Under-Secretary of the Department
of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby authorize
Mr. A. Hamlin, Fishing Lodge, Atiamuri,
to be an Issuing Officer for the purpose of issuing licenses
to fish for trout under the Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations
1939, vice Mr. W. B. O’Reilly Nugent, Atiamuri.
