Relinquishment of Appointments on the Staff of His Excellency

to approve of the relinquishment of the appointments

The Tobacco-growing Industry Act, 1935.—Members of
Board appointed.

pleased to reappoint, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities of section 3 of the Tobacco-
growing Industry Act, 1935,—

Edwin Morgan Hunt, and
Cecil Conrad Nash

as representatives of manufacturers, and

James Faulkner Balck

as a representative of growers, all of whom retired at the
31st July, 1939, in pursuance of section 4 of the above Act,
and to appoint

Frederick Allan Hamilton

as a representative of growers in place of George William
Relat who also retired at the 31st July, 1939, in pursuance
of section 4 of the above Act.
