LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding deed of mortgage No. 31280, of which THE STATE ADVANCES SUPERINTENDENT is the registered mortgagee, affecting Lot 8 on deposited plan No. 1288, being part of Section 36, Ormond Rural, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 75, folio 117 (limited as to title), Gisborne Registry, and application having been made under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, to dispense with production of the said deed of mortgage for noting a memorial of discharge thereon, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such memorandum of discharge on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
