Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Mahinapua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 16 perches.
Situated in Block XV, Mahinapua Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4148.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102758, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 29 perches.
Being part Old Land Claim 7.
Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Kaitaia Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30415.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 29 perches.
Being part Old Land Claim 7.
Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Kaitaia Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30415.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Matakohoe Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:- A. R. P. Being Portion of 3 0 29 Allotment 126 ; coloured red. 3 3 21.5 Allotment N. 129 ; coloured yellow. 2 1 23.9 Allotment 132 ; coloured blue. 3 3 15.8 Allotment 133 ; coloured purple. 0 3 17.6 Part Allotment 137 ; coloured yellow.
Situated in Matakohoe Parish, Block X, Matakohoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 30091.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104122, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1939.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 2 roods 25 perches.
