Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School
in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works, Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
secondary school and shall vest in the Otago Boys' and Girls'
High Schools Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 21-8 perches.
Being portion of Section 37, Block VII, Town District.

Situated in the City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9129.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104059,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
October, 1939.

Land taken for Waterworks and Water-supply Purposes in
Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and water-
supply purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua, as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-

0 0 17 Lot 1, D.P. 7203, being part Subdivision
24B, Ngarara West A Block; coloured red.
1 2 38.1 Subdivision 24B, Ngarara West A Block;
coloured blue.

Situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District. (S.O.
20313.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104307,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
October, 1939.
