At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of February, 1939.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of that month, the Rodney County Council was appointed a Domain Board to have control of the Pukapuka Domain therein described :

And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council, dated the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Bluff Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

His Worship the Mayor of Bluff, ex officio,
The Chairman of the Bluff Harbour Board, ex officio,
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Southland Land District, or his deputy, ex officio,
Alfred Ernest Budd, and
Cecil Brock Tapley

to be the Bluff Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at two-thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Bluff, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—BLUFF DOMAIN.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 181 acres 0 roods 4 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Bluff, being parts of Sections 3 and 4, Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title. Volume 149, folio 40, Southland Registry.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of February, 1939.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for accommodation-house purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, and being part of Reserve 3864, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Tekapo Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north-east by the Pukaki–Fairlie Road, 333·2, 648·4, 1684·8, 813·8, 765·4, 632·6, 789·6, and 375·4 links ; towards the south-west by other part of Reserve 3864, 4493·9 links ; and towards the north-west by Reserves 4368 and 2014, 3015·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 7217A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Sumner and Christchurch Survey Districts, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of February, 1939.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for plantation purposes :

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.
