Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received from T. Tulloch, Wellington, for a license to take fish for sale by means of the 45 ft. 55 h.p. vessel “Term” (now under construction) using trawl-nets; all fish to be marketed at Wellington. Trawling operations will not be conducted north of Cape Turnagain or in Cloudy Bay.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 24th October, 1939.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Whangāehu Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Reureu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

All that area of Native land in the Aotea Native Land Court District situate in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, and Block I, Oroua Survey District, and known as the Reureu No. 1 Section 15c 3 Block, containing 54 acres 2 roods 1 perch, more or less, and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 356, folio 96, Wellington Registry.
