FIRST SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
Description of Parts of Reserve authorized to be Exchanged.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 14 acres 3 roods 26 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 2363, Block XVI, Rangiora Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-west and north-west generally by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 9650, and south-eastern boundaries of Rural Sections 8495 and 22149, 3049·1 links; towards the south-east by the road forming the north-western boundary of Rural Section 14181, 2267·2 links; and again towards the south-east by other part of Reserve 2363, 837·6 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 2363, Block XVI, Rangiora Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by the road forming the north-western boundary of Rural Section 14143; towards the north-east by said Rural Section 14143, 1315·55 links; towards the south-east by other part of Reserve 2363, 157·4 links; towards the north-west and south-west by Rural Section 14348, 156·5 and 636 links, respectively; and towards the north-west by Rural Section 14181.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/36D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
Description of Land to be obtained in Exchange therefor.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 22 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 1360, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-west by Rural Section 14244; towards the west and north by public roads; and towards the south-east by Reserve 1250; the above area being subject to a pipe-line easement 10 links wide.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 9 acres, more or less, being part of Reserve 1360, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-east by a public road, 962·5 links; towards the south by a public road; towards the west by Rural Section 539, 272·6 links; and towards the north by other part of Reserve 1360, 1237·2 links.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/36c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Norsewood Survey District, Hawke's Bay Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1939.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a gravel-pit over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 38·2 perches, more or less, being part Section 144, Block VI, Norsewood Survey District: Bounded, towards the north generally by a public road 137·2 links and 99·5 links; towards the east by part Section 23, 207·9 links; towards the south by Section 50R, 219·7 links; and towards the west by Section 49R, 295·9 links; all in Block VI, Norsewood Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/266A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting Reserves in the Waimate County Council
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1939.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as reserves for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimate:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimate, in trust, for plantation purposes.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 2910, Block XI, Waitaki Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less.
Reserve 2911, Block XI, Waitaki Survey District: Area, 2 acres 2 roods, more or less.
All that area containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being parts of Lots 5, 6, and 7 of Reserve 631, situated in Block XI, Waitaki Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Reserve 2910, 152·9 links; towards the east by Rural Sections 28194, 29657, and 35317, 5452·8 links; towards the south by Reserve 2911, 248 links; and towards the west by the Main South Road, 5452·8 links, save and except a road one chain wide intersecting the above-described land, due allowance for which has been made in the area. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X./99/24, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
