I, ERWIN SHARMAN MOLONY, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Poverty Bay Group Herd Testing Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

LOWER CLUTHA RIVER TRUST.

INCHOLUTHA SUBDIVISION SPECIAL RATING AREA FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT, 1939.

THE area herein described shall be a special rating area within the Board’s district for the purposes of meeting interest and sinking fund on a Drainage Improvement Loan of £4,000.

The aforesaid area shall commence at the north-western corner of Section 10, Block XI, on the left-hand bank of the Koau Branch of the Clutha River and proceed in a south-easterly direction along the left bank of the Koau Branch of the Clutha River to the southern boundary of Section 9, Block I, but excluding Section 11, Block V; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, and 4, Block I; thence from the south-eastern corner of Section 4; thence from a line drawn in a northerly direction intersecting Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block I, to a point 10 chains east of the most northerly corner of Section 1, Block I, and on the right bank of the Matau River; thence generally in a northerly direction along the right bank of the Matau River to a point 16 chains north of the southern boundary of Section 8, Block III; thence by a straight line due north for 9 chains; thence north-east by a straight line to the most westerly corner of Section 5, Block IV; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block IV, to the Matau River; thence up along the right-hand bank of the Matau River to a point approximately 18 chains north of the most easterly corner of Section 7, Block VI; thence by a straight line across Section 7 to the right bank of the Matau River to a point on the right bank of the Matau River, 10 chains from the most western corner of Section 7, Block VI; thence by the right bank Matau River to a point approximately 6 chains north of the south-eastern corner of Section 3, Block VIII; thence by a straight line from this point across Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8, to a point on the right bank of the Matau River, 8 chains south-east of the most northerly corner of Section 8, Block VIII; thence by the right bank of the Matau River to a point 18 chains north of the most southerly corner of Section 11, Block X; thence by a straight line across the said Section 11, to a point 33 chains from the north-western corner of Section 10, Block X; thence along the right bank of the Matau River to the southern corner of Section 9, Block XII; then along the boundary between Sections 8 and 9, Block XII, for a distance of 8 chains;

thence in a north-easterly direction for 7 chains; thence north-west for 12 chains; thence south-west for 9 chains to a point 21 chains from the most southerly corner of Section 9, and on the boundary of Sections 8 and 9; thence along the boundary of Sections 8 and 9 to the right bank of the Matau River; thence along the said right-hand bank of the Matau River to the most northerly corner of Section 2, Block XIII; then along the north-western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII; thence south-east along the road-line for 4 chains to the most northerly corner of Section 4, Block XIII; and thence by a straight line across Section 4 to a point on the boundary of Sections 3 and 4, and 6 chains north-east of the most southerly corner of Section 4, Block XIII; thence generally in an easterly direction for 20 chains across Section 3 to a point on the boundary between Sections 1 and 3, Block XIII, and 27 chains south-west of the most easterly corner of Section 3, Block XIII; thence in a south-easterly direction across Section 1 for 15 chains to the most westerly corner of Section 3, Block XI; thence generally along the northern boundary of Section 10 to the point of commencement.

THE Liquidator of McGRUER’S (Feilding) Ltd. (in Liquidation), which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 19th day of October, 1939, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debits or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
