Lands in the Marlborough Land District forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease and license of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Marlborough Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

NOTICE is hereby given in terms of the Native Townships Act, 1910, and the Native Land Act, 1931, and amendments thereto and regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at the office of the Aotea District Maori Land Board, Wanganui, up to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1939, for leases of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
