Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block X, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Forest Hill Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1939.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103335, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Riccarton Subdistrict of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28·9 perches, more or less, and being part Lots 24 and 39, Plan No. 201, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch; and being part of Rural Section 56, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 387, folio 232, Canterbury Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1939.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/25B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2857, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1939.
