Additional Land at Tuakau taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Tuakau in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Tuakau Parish, Block IV, Onewhero Survey District, Tuakau Town District. (S.O. 30209.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5831, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of September, 1939.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School, in the Borough of Mount Albert.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102881, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1939.
