PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Maketu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, situate in Block IV, Maketu Survey District, and known as the Waewaetutuki Section 4A Block, containing 48 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being part of the land in the Provisional Register, Volume 105, folio 10.

ALL that parcel of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District, in the Province of Auckland, containing 26 acres, more or less, situate in Rangaunu Bay in the County of Mangonui, bounded towards the west by a line 3090 links and on all other sides by Rangaunu Bay, being the land comprised in Crown Grant No. 249H, dated the 10th day of February, 1862, and recorded in Deeds Index 1H-125.

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, situate in Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, and known as the Marangairoa 2c Block, containing 300 acres, more or less.

Revoking Notice constituting the Rotokautuku Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes the notice dated the 25th day of January, 1938, and published in the Gazette No. 5 of the 27th day of January, 1938, declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Rotokautuku Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, situate in Blocks XV and XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District, and known as the Rotokautuku A 20 B Block, containing 52 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less.
