IN exercise of all the powers and authorities conferred by the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, and the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Supply for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be Factory Controller for the purpose of the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939.
