LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 332,
folio 119 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land
being Lot 27 on Deposited Plan 10045, and being portion of
the block situated in the Omapere Survey District called
Raihara, whereof PERCIVAL FROUDE HEWITT, of
Kaikohe, Billiard Saloon Keeper, is the registered proprietor,
having been lodged with me together with an application for
the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is
hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of
title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from
the 12th day of January, 1939.
