ESTATE OF MARY McCOLLUM.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of MARY McCOLLUM, late of Thames, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand on the 1st day of December, 1938, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will from the said date be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Chief Post-office, Thames, on Tuesday, the 13th day of December, 1938, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

LICENSE FOR A WATER-RACE.
In the Warden’s Court helden at Clyde.
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to the Warden at Clyde by W. J. ANNAN and E. I. ANNAN for a water-race (already constructed) to divert one (1) head of water for domestic and irrigation purposes commencing at a point in McKenzie’s Gully in Run 249 about one (1) mile above its junction with the Molyneux River running in the natural course of the said gully and in pipes for approximately one (1) mile in all, in an easterly direction through Run 249 and Section 10, Block XI, Leaning Rock District; then crossing a county road in a culvert; then through and terminating in Section 9, same block: And such application will be heard in the Warden’s Court at Clyde, on Tuesday, 7th February, 1939, at 4 p.m.
Objections must be filed in the Registrar’s office and notified to applicants at least three days before the time so appointed.
