Land in the Westland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to
be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the
Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the
disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale or
on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the
Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such
land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation,
cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the
Schedule hereto has been acquired (being land heretofore
held on renewable lease tenure), and it is expedient that the
said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section
three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from
and after the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-eight, the land described in the Schedule
hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land
under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight
of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment
land.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 11, Block XVI, Waiwhero Survey District: Area,
237 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
November, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street
the land in the Borough of Onehunga described in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
3ยท5 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 10541, being part Allotment 15
of Section 46, Town of Onehunga.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.), (Borough of Onehunga). (S.O. 29893.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
101402, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of
December, 1938.
