NOTE.—Certain tradesmen in charge of working parties of three or more employees will be paid an “in charge” allowance at the rate of £15 per annum whilst so engaged.

If resident on the estate free laundry service is provided for Medical Superintendents, Assistant Medical Officers, Chief Clerks, Head Attendants, Chief Engineers, and Farm Managers.

  • Charge for maintenance: Attendant (living out), £16 per annum for meals while on duty; attendant (living in), £35 per annum.
    † Charge for maintenance, £65 per annum.
    ‡ Charge for maintenance, £35 per annum.
    § Charge for maintenance, £25 per annum.
