LAKE WAKATIPU STEAMER SERVICE: SCALE OF CHARGES.

(4) The fares in force and the charges based on the rates in force on the 11th
day of December, 1938, as provided for in the Lake Wakatipu Steamer Service Scale
of Charges, with the following exceptions, will, on and after that date, be increased
by 10 per centum ; minimum increase, one penny.

Exception :—

Regulation 14, paragraph 9.

(5) The charges based on the rates in force on the 11th day of December,
1938, as provided in the Goods-Local Rates Scale of Charges, with the exceptions
of the scheduled steamer rates embodied in Regulation 8, the scheduled rates
embodied in Regulations 7; 13A; 17; 26, paragraph 20; 35; and 45; and
the rates as hereinafter amended, will, on and after that date, be increased by
10 per centum ; minimum increase, one penny.
