All that area in the Taupō County containing by admeasurement 2 roods 8·2 perches, more or less, being part Section 1, Block XXXV, Town of Taupō, bounded: Towards the north by Waikato Street, 303·0 links; towards the south-west by Tūngarīro Road, 212·1 links; and towards the south-east and north-west by other part Section 1, Block XXXV, Town of Taupō, 298·1 and 157·9 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/2684, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Honikiwi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Honikiwi School, Honikiwi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
