LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the WAIKATO-MANIAPOTO DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD for and on behalf of Native owners, as lessor under Lease No. 12359, of part of a block called Rangitoto-Tuhua 78B, Section 2E, situated in Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, being all the land comprised in provisional register, Vol. 128, folio 41 (Auckland Registry), of which GEORGE BRAIN, of Waimiha, Butcher, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one calendar month from the 24th day of November, 1938, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.

E VIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 48, folio 245 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 54, 55, and 56, on Deposited Plan 560, being part Allotment 20, Parish of Omapere, whereof WALTER FRANCIS SWIFT, the younger, of Kawakawa, a minor, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 24th day of November, 1938.

E VIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 244, folio 133 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Allotment 45A, Parish of Whangape, whereof JAMES RHIND, now of Naike, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 24th day of November, 1938.

5417. THE EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF WANGANUI, 3 roods 37·72 perches, being parts of Section 31, Turakina Registration District, and being Lots 2, 3, and 4 on Deposited Plan No. 11493. The said parcel of land being formerly part of Lots 4 and 11 and Lots 3 and 10 and the part marked “Lethbridge Street” on Deeds Plan No. 10.

E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of Memorandum of Lease No. 1478, whereof ISABELLA ADELIA STALLARD, formerly of Reefton, Married Woman, but now of Waiuta, widow, is the registered lessee, of all that piece of land containing 1 rood and 32 perches, more or less, being Sections 400 to 405 inclusive (Education Reserves), of the Town of Reefton, and being the land in certificate of title, Vol. 47, folio 25 (Nelson Registry), and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional memorandum of lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of Memorandum of Lease No. 5217 from the DUNEDIN DIOCESAN TRUST BOARD to SARAH MARTHA WRIGHT, of Riverton, Married Woman, registered against part Lots 47 and 48, Deposited Plan 22, Township of Darley, and being the land in certificate of title, Register-book Vol 80, folio 33A (Otago Registry), and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
