Land proclaimed as Road in Block IX, Te Kauwau Survey District, Manawatu County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Te Kauwau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
2 3 30·9 Lot 12, D.P. 1367, and being part Rural Section 310, Township of Carnarvon; coloured blue.
1 1 7·1 Lot 13, D.P. 1368, being part Rural Section 310, Township of Carnarvon, and closed road ; coloured red.

Situated in Block IX, Te Kauwau Survey District. (S.O. 20007.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99716, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of November, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Turanganui Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1556, brown.)

All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99674, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
