Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IV, Manganui Survey District, Kaitieke County.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Manganui Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE. LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 rood 27·7 perches. Being portion of Waimarino 4A No. 5 Block ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE. ROAD CLOSED. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods 33·3 perches. Adjoining or passing through Waimarino 4A No. 5 Block ; coloured green. All situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District. (S.O. 3308.) All in the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99240, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 32·89 perches. Being portion of Lots 21 and 22, D.P. 301, and being part Section 21. Situated in Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. (S.O. 20162.) In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100598, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this llth day of October, 1938.

Portion of a Public Reserve set apart for the Purposes of a Public Works Yard and Depot in the Borough of Rotorua.[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.A PROCLAMATION.In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a Public Works yard and depot ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart : 12 acres 1 rood 29 perches. Being part Section 3 (permanently reserved as a Sanatorium Reserve, New Zealand Gazette, 1898, page 245). Situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Borough of Rotorua), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29518.) In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99699, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1938.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.A PROCLAMATION.In pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District ; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Riccarton Subdistrict of the said district.
SCHEDULE. ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, and being Lot 1, Plan No. 7489, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being part of Rural Section 114, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 369, folio 27 ; also a part of Rural Section 114 in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 263, folio 58, Canterbury Registry. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1938.
