Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Public School in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 7 of the third day of February of the same year, at page 153 (deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 9588), taking land for the purposes of a public school in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District, Tauranga County.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Opotiki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:- A. R. P. Being Portion of 0 0 27 Lot l, D.P. 3268, and being part Allotment 350, Waioeka Parish; coloured blue. 1 2 36·7 Allotment 265, Waioeka Parish; coloured red. 0 0 48 Tirohanga Stream-bed ; coloured sepia. Situated in Block IV, Opotiki Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). ((S.O. 4528, brown.) In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 400309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mangaoporo Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 6·9 perches.
Being portion of Lot 2 of Section 5.
Situated in Block XI, Mangaoporo Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1547, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mount Robinson Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 24·4 perches.
Being portion of Lot 6, D.P. 408, and being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2c No. 11 Block.
Situated in Block XII, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S:O. 20695.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100680, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Galway, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rotorua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:- A. R. P. Being Portion of 0 0 25 Section 2 ; coloured blue. 0 2 7 Section 2A; coloured yellow.

ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :- A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through 0 2 6 Section 2; coloured green. 0 0 15 Section 2A ; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Rotorua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28806.) All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94586, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1938.
