Land Registry Office at Auckland as number 7074, and being
portion of Allotment 6 of Section 12 of the Suburbs of Auck-
land, whereof FRANCIS KNEEBONE, of Auckland,
Warehouseman, is the registered proprietor, having been
lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a
new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given
of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly
upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 13th day of
October, 1938.

furnished of the loss of Mortgage No. 6458 (Westland Registry)
affecting the above-described lands whereof ARTHUR

the registered mortgagee, and application having been made to
me for the issue of two new certificates of title and for the
issue of a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificates of
title and provisional mortgage accordingly at the expiration
of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.
