ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of October, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of piece of road dealt with : 1 rood 26 perches.
Adjoining Allotment 407, Whangamarino Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29110.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97321, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

The South-eastern Side of the Esplanade, in the Borough of Te Kuiti, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of October, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Te Kuiti Borough Council on the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:
"That the Te Kuiti Borough Council, being the authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Te Kuiti, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the street known as the Esplanade, adjoining an area of land containing 0 acres 1 rood 30·8 perches, more or less, being a subdivision of Sections 9 and 10 of Block IV, Otanake Survey District"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the Esplanade (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
The south-eastern side of all that street, situated in the Auckland Land District, Borough of Te Kuiti, known as the Esplanade, fronting Section 9, Block IV, Otanake Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100403, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Motueka Agricultural and Pastoral Association and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said Association agreeably to the rules of the said Association and the provisions of the said Act into a body corporate under the style and title of "The Motueka Agricultural and Pastoral Association."
