IN the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 21st day of September, 1938, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block VII, Otahoua Survey District, Carterton County, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1938, at page 2073, insert “P.W.D. 98515” between the words “plan marked” and “and coloured.”

Land proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rangaunu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
2 acres 0 roods 26·7 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 97, Mangatete Parish.
Situated in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28857.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95940, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1938.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Mental Hospital in Block V, Drury Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a mental hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
