CORRIGENDUM.

Wellington, 19th September, 1938.

IN the First Schedule to the Proclamation dated 27th August, 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1938, page 1931, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block VI, Kaipara Survey District, Waitemata County, for the description of the second area read “Allotment 150”; for the description of the third area read “Allotment 153”; and for the description of the fourth, fifth, and sixth areas read “Allotment 154,” in lieu of “Allotments S.W. 150, S.W. 153, and S.W. 154,” respectively.

Additional Land at Ruatangata (Springs) taken for the Purposes of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway to take further land at Ruatangata (Springs) in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :—

1 2 4·5 Part of Allotment 50, Whangarei Parish.
0 0 17·8 Part road.
0 0 5·5 Part road.

Situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County and Kamo Town District. (S.O. 29647, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5339, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of September, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block VIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4 acres 1 rood 16 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 90A, Rangitaiki Parish.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29616.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1938.
