PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Tauranga Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of Native land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, situate in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, and Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, and known as Mangatawa No. 4c Block, containing 75 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Retail Sale of Motor-spirit.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) Gisborne-Wairoa Inland Motors, Ltd., for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at Te Reinga.
(2) John Kilkenny, Ltd., for permission to move one petrol pump from a position inside the company’s garage in Russell Street, Westport, on to the kerbside and install three additional pumps alongside.
(3) J. A. Hunter, for permission to transfer a petrol pump from outside his garage on the Titahi Bay Road at Porirua to a site on the Main Road at Tawa Flat.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 17th February, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

Export of Fish.
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from A. Pascoe and Son, Invercargill, for a license to export fish.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 17th February, 1938.

Taking of Fish.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) Mrs. M. A. Haylock, for a license to take fish and crayfish at Akaroa by means of a 24 ft. 12 h.p. launch, using lines and crayfish pots, and supplying the Akaroa and Christchurch markets.
(2) G. R. Miller, for a license to take fish and crayfish at Makara by means of an 18 ft. 10 h.p. launch, using set and drag nets, and long and hand lines, and crayfish pots, and supplying the Wellington market.
(3) F. Shepherd, for a license to take fish at Petone by means of an 18 ft. 8 h.p. launch, using set and drag nets, and long and hand lines, and supplying the local market.
(4) B. W. Henning, for a license to take fish at Akaroa by means of a 32 ft. 7 h.p. launch, using drag and set nets, and long and hand lines, and supplying the Akaroa market.
(5.) A. Clemett, for a license to take fish and crayfish at Whangaroa by means of a 28 ft. 30 h.p. launch, using long and hand lines and crayfish pots.
(6.) Ruby L. Hearn, for a license to take fish at Bowentown by means of a 14 ft. 6 in. 3½ h.p. outboard motor-boat, using long and hand lines, and supplying the local market.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 17th February, 1938.
