A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Taradale Town District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
1 rood 19·4 perches.
Being portion of Meeanee Suburban Section 55.
Situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District (Taradale Town District), (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1178, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97957, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of February, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Waikino Substation cottage-sites); and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97650, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of February, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Being portion of Pirikotaha No. 3 Block.
Situated in Block XII, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29147.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
