I HEREBY give notice that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect to applications for licenses have been made.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations, 1938, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land defined as aforesaid to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 22nd day of September, 1938.

SCHEDULE.

EAST TAMAKI BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying within the Manukau County, Auckland District, and bounded by a line identical in every way with the existing boundaries of the East Tamaki Riding.
