Constituting Maniapoto Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Maniapoto Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of Native land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block IV, Otanake Survey District, and known as the Te Kuiti B 12 Block (formerly called Te Kuiti 2b 4c Block), containing 93 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less.

DECLARATION OF ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE FIREBLIGHT COMMITTEE OF THE WAIMEA COMMERCIAL FRUITGROWING DISTRICT.
I, THOMAS McALISTER DRAIN, Returning Officer for the purpose of the Fireblight Committee Elections under the Fireblight Committee Regulations, 1928, do hereby declare that the following candidates have been duly nominated for the election of members of the Fireblight Committee of the Waimea Commercial Fruitgrowing District, nominations for which closed at Wellington at noon on the 30th day of August, 1938 :—
