Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Town of Napier, Hawke’s Bay Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for the use, benefit, and endowment of the Harbour of Napier over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area situated in the Town of Napier, known as Lighthouse and Signal-station Reserve, containing by admeasurement 14 acres, more or less, bounded to the north and east by Hawke Bay; to the south by Suburban Sections 69, 70, 71, 72, and 82, 3160 links; to the west by Suburban Section 68, 535 links, the same being more particularly described by the Napier Harbour Act of 1876, and delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/10/22D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Save and excepting thereout an area of 1 rood, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 6634, Hawke’s Bay Registry, being more particularly delineated and bordered green on the same plan.

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Napier Harbour Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve vested in the Napier Harbour Board for the use, benefit, and endowment of the Harbour of Napier under the provisions of the Napier Harbour Board Act, 1876:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Napier Harbour Board has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Napier Harbour Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of that month, and doth hereby appoint
Richard Henry Hawes,
Maurice George Neighbours,
John Alexander Corrie,
Charles Allan Mosely,
George Richardson,
Joseph John Finetti,
William Oswald Ernest Watson,
Albert Victor Hawes, and
John Dennis Moran
to be the Waimangaroa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at seven-thirty o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Waimangaroa Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—WAIMANGAROA DOMAIN.
SECTIONS 223 and 224, Town of Waimangaroa, Block I, Kawatiri Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less.

to be the Wataroa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Wataroa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
