CORRIGENDUM.
Public Works Department,
Wellington, 31st August, 1938.
In the first line of the Schedule to the Order in Council
dated 17th August, 1938, and published in New Zealand
Gazette, 1938, page 1872, exempting portions of roads in the
Hokianga County (Kohukohu Town District) from the
provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928,
subject to a condition as to the building-line, read "southern"\
in lieu of "northern."

Additional Land at Tirau taken for the Purposes of the
Thames Valley-Rotorua Railway, and for Road-diversion in
connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Thames Valley-
Rotorua Railway to take further land at Tirau, in addition
to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said
railway, and to take land for road-diversion in connection
therewith:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by
sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 20·9 perches.

Situated in Block II, Patetere North Survey District,
Matamata County. (S.O. 29450, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5263,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green, yellow, and red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this llth day of
August, 1938.
