NOTICE is hereby given that the registration of the Canterbury Curriers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 104, situated at Christchurch, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

Wellington, 10th August, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the New Zealand Federated Caretakers’, Cleaners’, and Lift Attendants’ Industrial Association of Workers, registered number 1775, situated at Wellington, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial association after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
