Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Retail Sale of Motor-spirit.

I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) G. Peters, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his premises in Kaimata,
(2) Holland Bros., for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at their store on the Main Road, Oakleigh.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 23rd August, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

CORRIGENDUM.—In the New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 27th January, 1938, publishing the List of Officiating Ministers under the Marriage Act, 1908, page 132, the name of Captain William Arthur Boon under the denomination “The Salvation Army” should read “Captain Arthur William Boon.”
