Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 22ยท89 perches.
Being portion of Lot 4, D.P. 4867, Township of Wakari, and being part Section 107, Wakari Survey District.
Situated in the City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.). (S.O. W 206).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1938.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
