Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block VII, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Oteramika Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 20 perches.
Being Section 6; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 30 perches.
Adjoining Sections 5 and 6; coloured green.
All situated in Block VII, Oteramika Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R 704.)
All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99314, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 14·63 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 27, Paremoremo Parish.
Situated in Block III, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29307.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99609, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Mawheranui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Closed Road added to an Endowment in Block IV, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land comprised in the closed road described in the First Schedule hereto and that intersects the endowment described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of closed road: 1 acre 1 rood 28·7 perches.
Being (now) Section 25, Block IV, Motueka Survey District (S.O. 823r.). (New Zealand Gazette, 1938, page 151. Proclamation No. 1095.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97156, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 30 acres 1 rood 28·8 perches, being parts of Section 144, Motueka Original, parts of Sections 3, 6, and 7, and Sections 5, 8, 9, 11, and 12, Block IV, Motueka Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 43, folio 82, Nelson Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1938.
