NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Criterion Motors, Limited, will be held at the office of Stainton and Co., Ltd., Commercial Bank Buildings, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on Monday, the 25th July, 1938, at 2 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of the liquidator laying before the meeting (and giving any explanation thereof that may be required) pursuant to the provisions of section 241 of the said Act, his account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company has passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that a meeting of the creditors of the said company will be held pursuant to sections 234 and 300 (7) of the Companies Act, 1933, at the office of Messrs. H. R. Best and Co., 63 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Thursday, 14th day of July, 1938, at 11 o’clock in the morning, at which meeting a full statement of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting creditors in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.
