LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by ROBERTSON ESTATE, LIMITED, having its registered office at Rotorua as lessor under Lease Number 11785 affecting that parcel of land containing 1 rood situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Lot 43 on Deposited Plan Number 16308, and being part Section 28A of the Suburbs of Rotorua and all the land comprised in Vol. 668, folio 94 (Auckland Registry), of which CHARLES PINKSTONE LONDON, of Rotorua, Carpenter, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one calendar month from the 7th day of July, 1938, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.

EVIDENCE having been lodged with me of the loss of the Outstanding Duplicate of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 20484 affecting 2,478 acres, being Small Grazing Run 92, and being all the land in Lease of Small Grazing Run registered in Vol. 86, folio 135, Gisborne Land Registry, whereof ARNOLD BEETHAM WILLIAMS, of Tokomaru Bay, Sheepfarmer, is the registered mortgagee, together with an application to register a memorandum of transfer of the said lease in exercise of the power of sale in the said mortgage, and application having been made to dispense with the production of the said outstanding duplicate under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to register such transfer accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
