APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 8·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part reserve 3927; and Lots 23, 24, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47, D.P. 9896, being portion of Reserves 3782 and 3927; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (R.D. 1000/497m.)

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 98586, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Drury Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
