THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Paeroa-Waihi Railway, and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 2 roods 20 perches.
Being portion of railway land (Proclamation No. 2007, New Zealand Gazette, 1902, page 1779).
Situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28896.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 perches.
Being formerly part Ohinemuri No. 17 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District. (S.O. 28896.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a State Highway Depot in Block I, Benmore Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 5 acres 1 rood 23 perches.
Being Section 27, Block I, Benmore Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9082.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99015, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood.
Being portion of Lot 76, D.P. 19 (Town of Feilding), and being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block.
Situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District (Borough of Feilding). (S.O. 20121.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99449, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

Being portion of land in Proclamation 9200, being formerly part Lots 17 and 18, D.P. 8956, being part Allotment 12, Waipareira Parish.
Situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29465.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99218, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
