Defence Rifle Club disbanded.

H IS Excellency the Governor-General has approved of
the disbandment of the undermentioned defence
rifle club, under section 43, Defence Act, 1909 :-

Lake Brunner Defence Rifle Club,
with headquarters at Ruru, Westland.
Date of disbandment : 7th January, 1938.

Including Additional Lands in the Whakatane Development Scheme.

P URSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Whakatane Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

THE following Native land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, situate in Blocks I and IV, Whakatane Survey District :

ALL that area of Native land containing 9 acres 3 roods 24 perches in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block X, Heretaunga Survey District, and known as Part of Omahu 2D 5 Block, being shown as Lot 2 on D.P. 5108, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 91, folio 240, Hawke's Bay Registration District.
