Classification of Kopu-Raglan Main Highway

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, the Minister of Transport does hereby revoke that Warrant dated the 16th day of July, 1934, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 55 of the 19th day of July, 1934, in so far as it relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto, and does hereby revoke also that Warrant dated the 27th day of June, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 49 of the 3rd day of July, 1930, in so far as it relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto, and does hereby approve of the Main Highways Board’s proposed classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Ohinemuri and Piako Counties.

SCHEDULE.

OHINEMURI AND PIAKO COUNTIES.

ROAD classified in Class three.—Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 7 tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which when carrying a load has an axle weight of not more than 4½ tons on any one axle.

Kopu-Raglan Main Highway No. 17 (all that portion within the Ohinemuri and Piako Counties).

Classification of Streets in Waihi Borough.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, the Minister of Transport does hereby revoke that Warrant dated the 25th day of July, 1934, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 57 of the 26th day of July, 1934, at page 2276, in so far as it relates to the classification of the streets described in the Schedule hereto, and does hereby approve the Main Highways Board’s proposed classification of the streets described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Waihi Borough.

SCHEDULE.

WAIHI BOROUGH.

STREETS classified in Class three.—Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 7 tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which when carrying a load has an axle weight of not more than 4½ tons on any one axle.

Pokeno-Waihi Main Highway No. 15 (all that portion within Waihi Borough).
